Social and Emotional Development

March 04, 2021

Social and emotional development influences children’s self-confidence, empathy, the ability to develop meaningful and lasting friendships, and a sense of importance and value to those around them. This allows them to be able to form and sustain positive relationships, experience and express their emotions, as well as explore and engage with the environment. Our children participate and learn how to work cooperatively and collaboratively through big and small group discussions. They also learn skills such as listening, taking turns and resolving conflicts.
